Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. If you sign up to start your shop, we store what you typed and use it only to get in touch about setting up your shop.

Visiting the site

shopyroo.com is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request. We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking.

Signing up for your shop

We store your e-mail address and, if you give them, your name, your brand or website and what you sell, plus your language and when you signed up and confirmed. We use this only to get in touch with you about setting up your shop with shopyroo. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm with the link in our first mail (double opt-in). To stop abuse we count sign-ups per IP address; the address is stored only as a one-way hash.

Mails are sent through Migadu (Switzerland). The data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

How long

Until you withdraw your consent, or once we no longer need it to set up your shop. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted when we clean up the list.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. A short mail to hello@shopyroo.com is enough. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
